Christopher Anderson
Director
Chris Anderson is the Director of Kreative Pathways and is deeply passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where children and adults with developmental disabilities can thrive. Chris leads the organization with a people-first approach, focusing on individualized supports that honor each person’s strengths, goals, and voice. He works closely with individuals, families, and staff to ensure services promote independence, meaningful community inclusion, and self-determination.
With over 10 years of experience in disability services and community-based support programs, Chris has worked directly with individuals across a wide range of abilities in both residential and day program settings. His background includes program development, staff mentoring, crisis support, and advocacy. Chris is known for building strong relationships, fostering a positive team culture, and turning creative ideas into practical pathways that help people live fuller, more self-directed lives.

Chelsey Tippitt
Assistant Program Director
Chelsey brings over a decade of dedicated experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities across both child and adult support settings. After studying Child Development in college, she spent ten years working closely with children, where she developed a strong foundation in creating nurturing, inclusive, and person-centered environments.
For the past five years, Chelsey has focused her work on supporting adults with disabilities, beginning her career as a Direct Support Professional at a nonprofit organization. Through her commitment, leadership, and advocacy, she was promoted to Supervisor, where she played a key role in mentoring staff, supporting program development, and ensuring high-quality services.
Chelsey holds multiple professional certifications, including Person-Centered Support and Job Supports, and is deeply passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. Her work is driven by a genuine belief in independence, self-determination, and opportunity — whether that means supporting daily living goals, meaningful employment, or helping individuals pursue entrepreneurial dreams.
Her dedication to serving this community is reflected in both her professional journey and her ongoing commitment to creating pathways for individuals with disabilities to thrive, lead fulfilling lives, and achieve lasting independence.

Pathway Supervisor

She brings a strong passion for person-centered services, community inclusion, and empowering individuals to reach their goals. Her background in nonprofit work and dedication to advocacy help strengthen our programs and the people we serve every day. She's our resident

Pathway Coordinator
Our Office Coordinator brings experience working alongside nonprofit organizations that support adults with disabilities and is deeply committed to person-centered services and community inclusion. She plays a vital role in ensuring both staff and participants feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Coordination is truly her superpower. As our resident “Go-To Girl,” she keeps the team organized, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures our clients receive seamless, dependable support. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and dedication help keep our programs running smoothly and our community connected.
